📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and other accounting software.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
