Continuous Improvement Manager - Warehouse Optimization (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound)

Join Jakarta Digital Nusantara as a Continuous Improvement Manager and lead the transformation of our warehouse operations in Jakarta Barat. This strategic role focuses on driving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes across Inbound, Inventory, and Outbound operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, using tools like Minitab and 5S to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Our warehouse in Jakarta Barat handles thousands of shipments daily, and we're seeking a proactive leader to streamline our operations. In this role, you'll analyze data, propose process improvements, and measure results using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like cycle time and error rates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead warehouse process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions using Minitab and Excel
• Implement 5S and visual management techniques to optimize workspace
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on continuous improvement principles
• Develop and track KPIs for warehouse operations (cycle time, error rates, etc.)
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and IT teams to streamline operations
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues using Fishbone diagrams
• Present improvement findings to senior management and implement recommended changes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or continuous improvement
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Minitab and Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and warehouse management systems
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and best practices
