📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend suitable electric vehicles from BYD and DENZA.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and generate reports.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the electric vehicle industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Certification in electric vehicle technology or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
