Artha Jaya Wisata is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Store Administrator to join our dynamic team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Our Online Store Administrator will be responsible for managing our inventory, handling customer inquiries, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process and fulfill customer orders, including inventory management and shipping coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, and recommend improvements to our online store operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in e-commerce administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
