PT Putra Indah is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about developing and enhancing the skills of our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are relevant to the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying and developing potential talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
