📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including employee compensation and benefits administration.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
