📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Monitor network performance and ensure security measures are in place.,Train and assist employees on the use of new IT tools and technologies.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network security and troubleshooting.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
