📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Document and maintain IT procedures and policies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues and improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
