Village Royal Pratama is seeking a dedicated and professional Butler to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a high level of hospitality.,Manage and organize housekeeping services, including laundry and linen management.,Prepare and serve meals and beverages as per the guest's preferences.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging transportation and managing guest schedules.,Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for guests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Ensure the security and safety of the property and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for guest transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
