📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct regular market analysis and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that the area is meeting its targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.,Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
