📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver schedules.
• Monitor and maintain fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with drivers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to address operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fleet productivity.
• Conduct regular fleet audits and inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive fleet reports and documentation.
• Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure all fleet activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
