📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to the technical writing team as needed.,Contribute to the overall success of the documentation project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.
