📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export logistics, including booking, documentation, and tracking of shipments using SAP and Sea-Intelligence.
• Coordinate with international shipping partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor and analyze shipping schedules to identify and mitigate potential delays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with international trade regulations and shipping industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor logistics solutions accordingly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export logistics or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Sea-Intelligence for logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and shipping procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and shipping partners.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid shipping or logistics certification is a plus.
