📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.
• Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to resolve any issues promptly.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on fleet performance and maintenance activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and policies.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and inspected regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
