With your expertise in HR software such as BambooHR or Workday, you will streamline our HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports using BambooHR or similar HR software
• Assist in workplace safety and compliance initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
