VERTEX Cemerlang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for our employees. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in the training and development field to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and conducting training programs and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, ensuring that they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads and trainers to ensure that training needs are met.,Assist in the administration of training programs, including registration, scheduling, and follow-up.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Good organizational and time-management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
