📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
