🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline,Minimum of 8 years of experience in service delivery management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong understanding of the IT and business services landscape, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics,Experience in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and processes,Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
