Manage and update company social media profiles,Create and schedule engaging social media content,Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback,Analyze social media performance and provide reports,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Engage with followers and build a strong online community,Measure and track the success of social media campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in social media management,Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn,Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus
