📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide case management and support services to young individuals.,Develop and implement case plans to address the needs of youth.,Collaborate with community partners to enhance support services.,Conduct assessments and provide referrals to appropriate services.,Monitor progress and adjust support strategies as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of social work programs.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of case information.,Promote the mission and values of the organization to the youth community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, particularly with youth.,Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to child and youth welfare.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid certification or license as a Social Worker.,Experience with case management and youth support programs is a plus.
