We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Strategic Management Office (SMO) team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in performance analysis and project tracking.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial and operational data to support decision-making processes.,Support project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs to stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.,Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Support the SMO team in the preparation of strategic documents and presentations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and strategies.,Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.,Basic knowledge of financial analysis and reporting is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
