📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process of asphalt materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and tests on asphalt products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery used in the production of asphalt.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the asphalt industry.
  • Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes and quality control techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
