📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive marketplace growth and increase sales.
• Manage and optimize operations across multiple platforms including Shopify, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak.
• Enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce platforms and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior and market trends.
