📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Book and manage flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with travel consultants and other department heads to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
