📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize facility operations across data centers and technical infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain best practices in facility management.
• Ensure the smooth operation of data centers and technical infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and maintain energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on data centers and technical infrastructure.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, BIFM) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM:Web, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and energy management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for facility management.
