📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the finance team in financial reporting and compliance activities.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Familiarity with logistics and delivery services industry is a plus.
