In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our card network programs, ensuring they meet our business objectives and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the development and implementation of card network programs, including but not limited to, card issuance, processing, and fraud prevention.,Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.,Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with business goals and regulatory requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve program effectiveness.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring they are allocated and utilized effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.,Strong understanding of card network operations, including card issuance, processing, and fraud prevention.,Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
