📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans.
Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role within the hospitality industry.
Certification in Advanced Accounting or Financial Management is a plus.
Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
